When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be sent to you approx 4 weeks before the event. However in some circumstances tickets will not be received until 7 days before the event, please do not contact us until 5-7 days before if you have not received your tickets. If you have opted for First Class post this has no method of tracking and tickets will not be re-issued.If you choose secure delivery you will receive your ticket up until one week before the event. We strongly recommend you choose secure delivery, as tickets are fully traceable and insured. You will also be left a calling card to rearrange delivery should you be unavailable on first attempt; you are able to provide an alternative delivery address in this instance.
What type of tickets are they?
All Venues are standing except Leeds that is unreserved Seating.What is unreserved seating?
Unreserved seating means that the first people to arrive at the venue will have first choice of seats.If I buy the Album, will I receive my album and tickets together?
You may receive your ticket and your CD album separately, this is due to different arrival times of stock. But we will endeavor to deliver these in one package.Is there disabled access?

Can I apply for tickets if I'm not a UK resident?
Unfortunately these tickets are only available to UK residents.Is this site secure?
